*ETC Model MY5 Performance Reports and MY8 Achievement Benchmarks Now Available_ _*

The following reports are now available to ETC Model Participants in the 4Innovation (4i) Platform:


* ETC Model MY5 Performance Payment Adjustment (PPA) Reports. These reports provide the Modality Performance Score (MPS) and the associated PPA at the Aggregation Group level based on performance during MY5 of the ETC Model, which began on January 1, 2023. PPA Period 5 begins July 1, 2024.  
* MY5 Beneficiary Attribution Reports for ETC Participants or their designees that signed a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) during the first DSA signing window that closed on 5/16/24.

Achievement Benchmarks for MY8, which begins July 1, 2024 have been posted to the ETC Model website and may be found under the header “Achievement Benchmarks” (see link below).

_Notes_:


* The ETC Model Performance Payment Adjustment (PPA) Report User Guide for MY5 and MY6 can be accessed from the ETC Model website under “Achievement Benchmarks” (see link below) and in the 4i Knowledge Library.
* Note that Beneficiary Attribution Reports are only currently available for ETC Participants that signed a DSA on or before the first DSA signing window closed on 5/16. A second DSA signing window is *now open* until 6/15. Beneficiary Attribution Reports associated with DSAs signed during the second signing window will be available after the signing window closes on 6/15/24. If you are an ETC Participant that has signed a DSA in the past, please check the Agreement End Date in 4i. If the Agreement End Date is prior to December 31, 2024, you must sign again.
