*This message is for users of the PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production environment.*

Please be advised that the CMS PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production (PROD) environment will not be available beginning at 09:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, 02/15/2025 due to the R7.52.3 code deployment.

_The following PECOS PI enhancements and fixes are included in this release:_


* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error appeared after selecting “Start Application” for SNF 855A while performing Change of Information.
* Fixed an issue where users were unable to submit Return for Corrections, Denied, and Open for Corrections for all Organization forms and 855O forms.
* Fixed an issue where terminated applications were not displaying all sections in the MER after submission.
* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error occurred when trying to edit an Individual with a TIN in the Individual Control section.
* Fixed an issue where users were unable to submit 855I forms for Denied and Return for Corrections.
* Fixed an issue where the 855R Topic Summary was displaying the PAR Status topic.

 _The following PECOS AI enhancements and fixes are included in this release:_


* Fixed an issue where Operational/Managerial Control roles were being end-dated when only the Trustee of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) was end-dated during Change of Information.
* Fixed an issue where Operational/Managerial roles data was missing on the View page for an Individual Control (Existing Associate) in 855A SNF.
* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error occurred when approving an application in  Revalidation workflow.
* Fixed an issue where the disassociation date for a Billing Agency was not displayed in the History table.
* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error occurred when adding an ADP of the SNF for an Organization and Individual with and without a TIN.
* Fixed an issue where all CBSA codes were not displayed when an L&T was opened on an enrollment.
* Fixed an issue where old CBSA codes were not visible in the MCS screen when an application had multiple PTANs.
* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error appeared when trying to end-date a Billing Agency.
* Fixed an issue with reconciliation of Individuals Control data and Operational /Managerial roles.
* Fixed an issue where the Medicare Application Fee was set to “No” in AI for 855B forms during submission from PI.
* Fixed an issue with reconciliation of Organization Information and ADP of the SNF role (No TIN) or Operational/Managerial Control.
* Fixed an issue where newly added Individual/Org Associates with only ADP of the SNF (No TIN) were showing as “Deleted”.
* Fixed an issue preventing the addition of an Individual with 5% or greater direct ownership of any ADP of the SNF with the same Organization name.
* Fixed an issue where an unexpected error occurred when entering valid or invalid end dates to sub roles on the Add/Edit page.
