Through November 26, 2024, on the CMS Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) page (https://hqr.cms.gov/hqrng/login), you can preview your hospital or inpatient psychiatric facility’s quality data that will publicly appear in the January 2025 release on the Compare tool on Medicare.gov [ https://www.medicare.gov/care-compare/?providerType=Hospital ]_ _and the_ _Provider Data Catalog [ https://data.cms.gov/provider-data/search?theme=Hospitals ] available at data.cms.gov/provider-data [ https://data.cms.gov/provider-data/search?theme=Hospitals ]_/_. Medicare beneficiaries and the public can use these tools to view quality measure data for participating hospitals and facilities.

*When can I see my hospital’s **preview data?*

From the HQR page, you have 30 days to preview the data that will appear on the January 2025 release. We encourage you to look at your information early in this preview period to conduct a thorough review.

*How do I find my hospital’s preview data? *

Access your Public Reporting preview data by following these steps:


* Navigate to the HQR system page: https://hqr.cms.gov/hqrng/login
* Enter your Health Care Quality Information Systems Access Roles and Profile (HARP) User ID and Password. By logging in, you agree to the terms and conditions. Then, select *Log In*.
* You will see the *Two-Factor Authorization page*. Select *Text *or Then, select *Next*.
* Enter the code you received and select *Next*.
* On the *HQR *system landing page, hover over Lock Menu on the left side.
* Select *Program Reporting*.
* From the drop-down menu, select *Public Reporting.*
* The page will refresh, and the data will be available to

To export the data displayed on the user interface, select *Export Data* in the measure table. The exported measure data will be in PDF format for a user-friendly printed report.
