*Heat Photo Contest Announcement *

OSHA is excited to announce the Beat the Heat Photo Contest winners! Participants were invited to submit up to five photos promoting heat safety in the workplace. This year’s contest challenged stakeholders to capture an image of how to work safely in hot environments and share it with OSHA. The winning photos highlight effective strategies to keep workplaces safe from the heat. OSHA hopes that the imagery will inspire other workplaces who are looking for ideas on controls that can be implemented in the workplace.

The photos feature images of shade structures, hydration stations, innovative ways for providing water and electrolytes to workers, engineering and administrative controls, as well as training initiatives and heat stress program efforts.

Anuncio del concurso de fotos de OSHA

¡OSHA se complace en anunciar los ganadores del concurso de fotos para vencer el calor! Se invitó a los participantes a enviar hasta cinco fotografías que promovieran la seguridad contra el calor en el lugar de trabajo. El concurso de este año desafió a las partes interesadas a capturar una imagen de cómo trabajar de forma segura en ambientes calurosos y compartirla con OSHA. Las fotografías ganadoras destacan estrategias efectivas para mantener los lugares de trabajo a salvo del calor. OSHA espera que las imágenes inspiren a otros lugares de trabajo que estén buscando ideas sobre controles que se pueden implementar.
