Effective January 2025, for increased security, the MSPRP and CRCP will change the way users complete MFA verification.  Current users who have previously completed the ID proofing process and have a voice call and/or text message (SMS) factor will need to activate a new MFA factor option of either Okta Verify or Google Authenticator by March 1st 2025, at which time the voice call/text message (SMS) options will be automatically deactivated.  Changing MFA factors can be done in the applications beginning January 6th and full details will be provided in the January versions of the MSPRP and CRCP user guides.
