*We invite you to help shape the future of the Quality Rating System (QRS) and Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS) programs for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchanges and apply to join our QRS/QIS Technical Expert Panel (TEP) for 2025.*

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has contracted with Booz Allen Hamilton (Booz Allen) to fulfill the statutory and regulatory requirements of Section 1311(c)(3) and 1311(g)(1) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), supporting these two quality initiatives and convening a TEP to gather feedback on refinements. We are specifically seeking members with the following perspectives and areas of expertise: consumer/patient advocacy, patients/family who have purchased a qualified health plan on the Marketplace, subject matter experts or independent researchers with expertise in quality measures and performance programs.

The Call for Nominations is available on the CMS Measure Management System (MMS) website [ https://mmshub.cms.gov/get-involved/technical-expert-panel/current ], along with application materials and additional information. We invite nominations from individuals of differing backgrounds that represent a variety of views and diverse perspectives, prioritizing consumer experience with the Exchange, navigators, and knowledge of the unique needs of State-Based Exchanges. Nominations will be accepted through March 10, 2025, 5:00 PM (ET).
