New Accountable Health Communities Model Data Available to Researchers

Today CMS released data from the Accountable Health Communities Model [ https://resdac.org/cms-news/cmmi-model-data-sharing-cmds-initiative-makes-new-model-participation-data-available-6 ], available to researchers through the CMS Research Data Assistance Center or ResDAC [ https://resdac.org/ ]. The Research Identifiable File features beneficiary-level screening and navigation information.

This data release is part of the CMS Innovation Center Model Data Sharing (CMDS) Participation Data Initiative. Files are updated on a quarterly basis.
