*Description*: This webinar will give guidance on how to help consumers answer Marketplace application questions on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) and also discuss the recently published CMS final rule to modify the definition of “lawfully present” applicable to eligibility for enrollment in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) through the Marketplace and a Basic Health Program (BHP) to no longer exclude Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients from that definition.

Agent-Brokers, Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and Enrollment Assistance Personnel (EAPs)
