Plan Year 2024 Assister Certification Training on the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) “Go-Dark”

As we prepare to release the Plan Year (PY) 2025 Assister Certification Training, the PY 2024 Assister Certification Training hosted on the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) will be taken *offline* at 6:00 p.m. (ET) on *Friday, July 12, 2024*. During this “go-dark” period, assisters will not be able to access the certification training. In addition, for the first week of “go dark” assisters will not be able to print certificates or access the MLMS system for any reason. We anticipate the PY 2025 Assister Certification Training will be available later this summer. 

Assisters who need to take the "current training" before the PY 2025 training is available should complete the PY 2024 Assister Certification Training prior to its removal on *Friday, July 12, 2024*.

"Please note: This training is for assisters in the Federally-facilitated Marketplaces, and assisters in State-based Marketplaces or State-based Marketplaces using the Federal platform should follow their state’s training and certification requirements".
