Submit Nominations for Partnership for Quality Measurement (PQM) Committees

Battelle, a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) [ https://www.cms.gov/ ] certified consensus-based entity (CBE), is accepting nominations through 11:59 p.m. (ET) *June 7, 2024*, for PQM committees supporting the Endorsement & Maintenance (E&M) and Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) processes. Individuals and organizations may nominate themselves or others using the PQM nomination form [ https://p4qm.org/get-involved#block-webform--3 ]. *For PRMR Committees   *  

Battelle is accepting nominations for three PRMR committees:     


* Clinician    
* Hospital    
* Post-Acute Care/Long-Term Care (PAC/LTC)   

PRMR committee members use their lived experiences and areas of expertise to recommend health care quality measures currently under consideration for use in select Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) programs. Please note, Measure Set Review (MSR) members, who review measures for removal from CMS programs, are selected from seated PRMR committee members. If interested in serving on MSR, please indicate this in your nomination form.    

*For E&M Projects*  

Battelle is accepting nominations for five E&M projects:   


* Advanced Illness and Post-Acute Care 
* Cost and Efficiency  
* Initial Recognition and Management 
* Management of Acute Events, Chronic Disease, Surgery, and Behavioral Health 
* Primary Prevention 

E&M committee members review and recommend endorsement decisions about health care quality measures to Battelle. Through this review, E&M committee members ensure the health care measures Battelle endorses are evidence-based, scientifically sound, safe and effective, and are consistent with current professional knowledge.
