Plan Year 2025 Annual Assister Certification Training is currently available by accessing https://portal.cms.gov_. _

*_New Users:_* Register for training through the “Training Options” on the Welcome Page.

*_Returning Users: _*


* *Users who previously completed training:* You may still print your certificate from your completed transcript.
* *Users who were in-progress:* A new registration has been added to your active transcript. Continue from where you left off to complete the remaining modules. If you were in the "middle" of a module, you will need to start that module over. Any modules you *"completed "*will transfer as completed.

If you have any issues accessing training, or your progress was not saved, please email the MLMS Helpdesk at mlmshelpdesk@cms.hhs.gov. Please include your CMS Portal User ID in your message.

Please remember for Certified Application Counselors (CACs), your training completion date will *automatically* *transfer* to your CAC Roster in the Organizational Maintenance Web Form (OMWF) after 48 hours.
