*"Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Updates"*
"*Description:*" This webinar will provide updates regarding CMS’s Final Rule, “Clarifying the Eligibility of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Recipients and Certain Other Noncitizens for a Qualified Health Plan through an Exchange, Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit, Cost-Sharing Reductions, and a Basic Health Program.” Due to a court decision, DACA recipients and certain other noncitizens are no longer considered eligible for Marketplace coverage in the nineteen states that are plaintiffs in Kansas v. United States of America (Case No. 1:24-cv-00150). This webinar will provide updates about the impacts of the litigation and the steps the FFM is taking to cancel coverage for impacted consumers.
