Coming Soon! Updated Assister Microlearning Modules!

We are preparing to release updated Marketplace assister microlearning modules. These updated modules guide assisters through core components of the application process, including reporting life changes and changes to income, and will reflect recent policy changes. These optional supplemental education materials will be accessible through our Marketplace Assister Microlearning landing page at https://www.cms.gov/marketplace/technical-assistance-resources/marketplace-assister-microlearning where assisters can also access existing microlearning modules on Other Application Questions, Account Creation, as well as other helpful resources.

The CMS Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) developed these short and interactive modules to help assisters in Federally-facilitated Marketplaces (FFMs), including FFMs where the state performs plan management functions and State-based Marketplaces using the federal platform, become more familiar with different parts of the HealthCare.gov application and application process. They are not part of the required annual Assister Training and therefore are optional for assisters to complete. CCIIO will periodically add additional Marketplace microlearning modules for assisters as relevant regulations, guidance, and policies are released.
