The CMS Hybrid Cloud communications team recently sent an announcement and instructions for customers to update their Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) settings to comply with Executive Order 14028.

*Individual email users are not affected by this update and are not required to take action.* This campaign is applicable only for hosted IT systems within the CMS Cloud environment that generate and send emails through CMS email proxy services.
