Join us on July 11, 2024 for the Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Webinar
Please join the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model team on July 11, 2024 for an overview of the IBH Model and its NOFO, including the model’s federal award information, requirements, and application process. Session information and the registration form link are included below.
The IBH Model is an eight-year, state-based model, led by state Medicaid agencies. The model seeks to bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health by enabling specialty behavioral health practices to integrate behavioral health with physical health care and health-related social needs. In addition, the model seeks to align payment approaches between Medicaid and Medicare for integrated care and move specialty behavioral health practices on a glidepath to value-based payments. Eligible beneficiaries are adult Medicaid, Medicare, and dual-eligible individuals with moderate to severe mental health conditions, and/or substance use disorders.
