*Partner Spotlight*
C2C relies on trusted community partners. We are excited to spotlight different partners that are educating their community about how to get the most out of their coverage with C2C.
Our collaboration with Progreso Latino [ https://progresolatino.org/ ] allowed us to reach Latino and immigrant communities in Central Falls, RI.
Progreso Latino distributed C2C materials [ https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=6479800435374577&set=a.144816002206417 ] at food pantries and cultural social gatherings. Resources included the “Roadmap to Better Care [ https://www.cms.gov/files/document/roadmap-better-care-english.pdf-0 ],” “Sample Explanation of Benefits [ https://www.cms.gov/files/document/11819-sample-explanation-benefits-508.pdf ],” and “Differences Between Your Provider’s Office and the Emergency Department [ https://www.cms.gov/files/document/rtbc-provider-er-differences-english.pdf ]” in English and Spanish. These resources are available for download on the C2C website [ https://www.cms.gov/priorities/health-equity/c2c ].
Featured in the C2C tour highlights video [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YscAE_uAxXI ], Progreso Latino describes how C2C materials are benefiting their community.
"“The roadmap is something that really resonated…because it easily breaks down the stages of how C2C works. It gives you a step by step how to do everything.” -Joao Caravalho, Community Health Worker at Progreso Latino"
