*Overview of EEOICPA Claims Processes*
The Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) invites you to learn about the claims process and post adjudication actions under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). The webinar will culminate with a dedicated Q&A session, where audience questions will be addressed. While we will try our best to answer all questions during the allotted timeframe, depending on the nature and complexity of the question we may need to answer some questions after the webinar. An email with a link to the questions and answers will be sent to all registered participants once it is available. Feel free to submit questions prior to the webinar at the email below or participate in the live Q&A during the webinar.

*About EEOICPA:*
The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act provides lump-sum compensation and medical benefits to current and former nuclear weapons workers whose illness is a result of working in the nuclear weapons industry. Survivors of qualified workers may also be entitled to benefits. Covered illnesses include radiation-induced cancer, chronic beryllium disease, beryllium sensitivity, chronic silicosis, or any illness due to exposure to toxic substances.
