The CMS EPCS Program has analyzed all Medicare Part D prescriptions for Schedule II–V controlled substances filled between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2023.
Prescribers can now see their measurement year 2023 compliance status on the EPCS Prescriber Portal [ https://cqr.cms.gov/epcs/landing ]. Prescribers and their designated representatives can log in to the EPCS Prescriber Portal using their HARP account user IDs and passwords.

The notices are sent via email when possible and by regular mail if there is no email address in the Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System or in the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System.
