Public Reporting March 2025 Refresh of IRF QRP Data – Now Available

The *March 2025* refresh of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF) Quality Reporting Program (QRP) data is now available on the compare tool on Medicare.gov [ https://www.cms.gov/medicare/quality/long-term-care-hospital/ltch-quality-public-reporting ] and Provider Data Catalog (PDC) [ https://data.cms.gov/provider-data/topics/inpatient-rehabilitation-facilities ]. 

The data are based on quality assessment data submitted by IRFs to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) from *Quarter 3, 2023 through Quarter 2, 2024.* Additionally, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) measures reflect data from *Quarter 2, 2023 through Quarter 1, 2024 *for the Clostridium Difficile Infection (CDI) and Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI) measures, *Quarter 4, 2023* *through* *Quarter 1, 2024 *for the Influenza Vaccination Coverage Among Healthcare Personnel measure, and *Quarter 2, 2024 *for the COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage among Healthcare Personnel (HCP) measure. The claims-based measures reflect data from *Quarter 4, 2021 through Quarter 3, 2023*. * *
