Chief Judge Stephen R. Henley of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ) has issued an administrative order on the cancellation of certain proceedings, tolling deadlines, and suspending filings before OALJ due to the lapse in funding for the U.S. Department of Labor.
