*Summary:*

Following the capacity increase to our Logging Service this past weekend, the CMS Hybrid Cloud team will perform maintenance to rebalance the data across the indexing cluster as a way to improve data resilience and system performance. This rebalance will be performed outside of business hours beginning today through the weekend.

*Actions we are taking:*

Initiating Indexer Rebalancing to maximize the number of buckets replicated to the new indexers.

*When is this happening:*


* Tuesday February 18 at 9:00 PM ET through Wednesday February 19 at 6:00 AM ET
* Wednesday February 19 at 9:00 PM ET through Thursday February 20 at 6:00 AM ET
* Thursday February 20 at 9:00 PM ET through Friday February 21 at 6:00 AM ET
* Friday February 21 at 9:00 PM ET through Monday February 24 at 6:00 AM ET

*What is the Impact:*

Please be aware that during this change window there will be latency in Splunk searches. Dashboards might also be rendered with incomplete data.
