2024 CAHPS for MIPS Survey Vendor Authorization

"This message contains important information for groups, subgroups, virtual groups and APM Entities that registered to report the 2024 CAHPS for MIPS Survey. "Groups, subgroups, virtual groups, and APM Entities that elected to report the 2024 CAHPS for MIPS Survey must use the CAHPS for MIPS Survey Vendor Authorization Tool to authorize a CMS-approved survey vendor to submit CAHPS data to CMS on their behalf.

How to Complete Vendor Authorization

Vendor authorization launches on *August 6, 2024,* and instructions for accessing the browser-based Vendor Authorization Tool will be emailed to the point of contact identified by your organization during MIPS registration. The email will come from mips-cahps@rand.org. Note that organizations conducting the 2024 CAHPS for MIPS Survey are responsible for the costs of survey administration.

Vendor authorization must be completed no later than *Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET*.
