Transitioning From Marketplace to Medicare Coverage

*Description*:  This presentation will cover transitioning from Marketplace to Medicare coverage, including an overview on Medicare, a federal health insurance program for individuals aged 65 or older or with a disability. We will also review the differences between Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Medigap. Finally, the presentation will explain the difference between automatic and active enrollment into Medicare, recent policies impacting Medicare, how to end Marketplace coverage, availability of financial assistance through the Marketplace once you are eligible for Medicare, and Medicare Periodic Data Matching (PDM).

Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and Enrollment Assistance Personnel (EAPs)
