Missed your chance to register for tomorrow’s 2024 CMS Health Equity Conference? We are thrilled to announce all grand plenary sessions on May 29 and 30 will be livestreamed on HHS Live [ https://www.hhs.gov/live/index.html ] throughout the event.

If you registered virtually, please still plan to use your virtual registration through Zoom Events. The virtual conference platform is the only way to view all the breakout sessions and access additional networking opportunities.
