Postponement of OALJ Proceedings Impacted by Hurricane Milton

Due to Hurricane Milton, the Chief Administrative Law Judge has issued an *Administrative Order [ https://dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/OALJ/OFFICE_OF_ADMINISTRA_V_HURRICANE_MILTON_2025MIS00001_(OCT_09_2024)_131208_CADEC_SD.pdf ]*, 2025-MIS-00001 (Oct. 9, 2024), postponing OALJ proceedings and tolling hearing-related deadlines for cases scheduled to take place in Florida or involving any party, attorney, or law firm located in Florida, for the next 30 days.
